Once a mission is organized, you don't see the prerequisits anymore. This would be useful if you want to find another hero and urge him/her to join the mission.

Just saw another thing. In mission: Find the thief and retrieve mrs. Ababasky's necklace, the task: Reach and tie him. has a red dot, meaning that it will make you more evil if you do it. However, the skill required for this task is: Usage of boots with springs, which is a blue skill (i.e. good).

I assume that those with mainly good skills want to preserve there good orientation and wouldn't want to do that task. Is this a misstake or is it intentionally?

This is intentional, but actually it has been criticized by almost everyone... ehm...
A reorganization is definitely needed.
