To make it easier to join or establish a team, could you add to the search function to look for incomplete teams (less than 3 members)?
Maybe a team could also have a searchable wish list. For example if a team needs a Bad, Air competence it could put that in the wishlist and then it would be easy for someone without a team to strive for such competence and then apply to that team. Maybe an apply button in the same way the invite button works, but for those looking for a team to join.

Btw, as this is the team suggestion thread...
Could we get a drop menu on the team activities? It's so annoying if you want to have dinner, when you've been doing lessons (<- lotsa clicks)

I think it would be good if also the administrator role could be changed (The teacher can be changed today, between different team members). Let's say the administrator would be away for some time, than the rest of the team would not be able to join quests during that time.
Ideally there would be two ways to change administrator, temporarily and permanently. For example if the current administrator wants to be less active but doesn't want to split the team (permanently) or the administrator goes on holiday for two weeks (temporarily).

and, very important, we need a query search by element!

Some tuning may be needed for the team activity Self training. I tried it for two days and lost skill value from 135 000 down to 112 000. And I didn't gain much on my element's skill. In one skill (of another element) I had 46% and it went down to 4% (in those two days). I would never use self training again if it punishes me so hard.
