Being new here, I might be missing a few things. Feel free to correct me.

Being a Superhero (or Supervillain)
- From day one, you are Super. You have the power of Slap. Yes, I said Slap. Now, this may not seem like much of a super power because it's not. Fair enough, let's see what else we can learn.
- Checking your hero listing, there is a part called activities. This is where you train and learn most of your skills. Updating this daily will help more in the long run than anywhere else.
- Missions are run every day at the same time each day. Missions also seem to be the only solo play so far.Some missions call for specific abilities, minimum glory(fame) and/or minimum experience. Always pay attention to what is required. Some missions even call for more than one Super.
- Fights seem to be what a lot of people first focus. A fight takes time - a LOT of time. Each fight will take place on the third day after it's scheduled. I'll assume it's to book the arena and sell tickets since Supers do not get paid. Fights are good ways to rack up experience and maybe gain or train a skill.
- Finaly we come to the Bar. This can be a little confusing at first. It's advisable to sit down for a drink everyday. If there is not someone already waiting for a conversation, sit alone and wait for someone to sit with you. Most of the time, you will learn a little from the one sitting with you. Your first few days will have you listening and not contributing to the ones sitting with you. Don't worry about this too much as everyone has been there. Some of the more powerful Supers will sit with new ones to help them along thier way.

That about wraps up a daily routine at first. There are other things that are available such as teams and quests. I'm not as familiar with those yet so they can wait.
Speaking of waiting, this is NOT a fast game. Most of what will be done on your end it waiting. The fastest thing that happens is in the Bar and that's if/when someone sits with you. Most of the rest happens once a day. Take your time, read the rules/FAQ and watch the tutorials. If none of these help with any questions you have, try the shoutbox and in these forums.So far even the evil Supervillians have been nice so enjoy.
