There are many ways to make you a bad guy:
1. Do evil events in the missions
2. Do the evil part of a quest with your teammates
3. Read a horror book (activity available after you learn the "consciusness" ability)
4. Simply learn from your teacher some evil skills
Considering your situation, the most effective way to become evil is to learn evil abilities.. Moreover i suggest you to change your teacher as soon as you can in order to learn some serious skills.. You won't go far with the human teacher...
