It seems heroes are not so prone to go on missions lately. Speaking for myself, since I saved the world, my appetite is very low, what's the use, there's no more glory there.
One thing I suspect is that it would get me more attention in the press, I hardly appear in the comic stand these days.
Can the feature be beefed up a bit?
1) More missions - Mwah, that would make it more difficult to reach 100%.
2) Making the Glory max not absolute. How much Glory you get should depend on your current Glory. With high Glory (compared to the mission 'par' ) you would get little extra (1 to 3 points), with low Glory you would get a lot (for high glory missions). For low glory missions (washing police cars) you would not get any glory far above the par, rounding down should result in 0.00 in these cases, or maybe even negative glory, it's rather silly for Superman to be seen washing police cars, don't you think, the Joker would choke to death laughing!

. Computational formulas could be derived from for instance ELO rating or similar ladder formulas.
3) Displaying hero icons with missions running and about to start, making it more social.
4) The leader of the mission should be able to raise flags to indicate there are evil/neutral/good vacancies in the mission. These would show up beside the hero icons of 3).
5) The leader should be auto-assigned to steps that he/she can perform (skillwise, assuming ample health), leaving only some steps "To be decided at the last moment". This makes it possible to create an auto-advertising mechanism to advertise vacant steps in "The Daily Hero", attracting more heroes to the mission page, more social. Remember, with 2) it will be worth their while to 'lend their sword'.
6) Bug: On the Latest Mission page, aborted missions are shown, regardless of the date. This gives the false impression (these days) that most missions fail. Please show only the latest 30 missions, regardless of success/failure.
