A suggestion from Thunder Fox:

Even if you don't know a skill, some basic information about the skill itself should be visualized in the skill page.
Something like the orientation and which are the skills that it needs. The problem in it is that anyone could reconstruct the whole skill tree. So probably should be introduced a lower step, like the 5% to get some basic infos about the skill.
