And it's the TEACHER who gives the sermon, not the master (= leader)?
Or does master mean the teacher anyway? Sorry for being a noob in team stuff

Master and teacher are synonims in this game, but probably there's some confusion here and there... could you please tell me where to fix to make it clearer?

Well, depends on which one you want to choose
If you want it to be master, change teacher to master in the team page.
If you want it to be teacher, change master to teacher in the rules
